Incumbent
St James is a vibrant evangelical church at the heart of Devizes, Wiltshire. As we look ahead into the next season of growth and mission, we are praying for a new incumbent to help us boldly live out our vision to Love God, Love Neighbour, and Go Out and Make Disciples in our town and beyond.
We are looking for someone who will:

Lead with faith-filled, Spirit-empowered vision and courage, rooted in prayer and Scripture.

Communicate God’s Word clearly and relevantly to equip everyday disciples.

Release and grow new leaders, raising up confident followers of Jesus.

Work collaboratively with our staff, volunteers, and community partners.

Lead with care, humility, and vision in a diverse parish setting.
