Sunday
9am
A 1 hour liturgical (from a booklet) service of Holy Communion, with traditional hymns led by organ or piano.
Though the service has a liturgical structure, it is a relaxed service with openness and space for silence and the Holy Spirit. The sermon is usually part of a series on a specific theme as per the 11am service. On the 3rd Sunday of each month the sermon is taken from one of the lectionary readings for the day.

Sunday
11am
The 11am service is an informal service with groups running for children and youth. The service is relaxed, informal, and open to the work of the Holy Spirit. The talk is usually part of a series on a specific theme. Sung worship is led by our worship band.
Prayer ministry is available after each service and our Newcomers Welcome Team is on-hand to greet anyone new.
Typically, the 2nd Sunday of each month includes Communion and the 3rd Sunday of each month is something a little different called Bitesize Church.
The 11am services (aside from the 3rd Sunday) are livestreamed and available to watch any time via our YouTube Channel (stjamesdevizes).
BITESIZE
CHURCH
On most 3rd Sundays of the month we host Bitesize Church.
All the usual parts of a church service but in small, manageable, bitesize chunks.
If you are curious about church, faith, or Christianity, come along and experience the family of St James.
The service is followed by tea and coffee and then a "bring your own lunch" which is a great time to build friendships and deepen relationships. If you forget your lunch, don't worry, we will have some spare to share.
